Hi Dan, Ted & Steve,

I just wanted to wish you all and your families a happy holidays! Also, I wanted to thank you all again for being such a wonderful resource to Dean (and our family) over these past 5+ years! Dean loves being active and loves team sports -- thanks in large part to the Master Sports coaching, classes, camps, and leagues he's participated in over the years. His recent selection into the PQYSA BU7 All Star soccer team is just another example of yours, Ted's, and Steve's positive influence on Dean.

I am asked time and time again about Dean's background and experience in team sports by parents and coaches. They call him a "coach's dream" and all wonder what contributed to Dean's great attitude, drive, team spirit, and sportsmanship. I always tell them about our great experiences with the Master Sports programs. I can take credit for his genetic abilities, high energy, and his sunny disposition. :-) However, you all really have taught him, not only the skills necessary to excel at sports, but more importantly how to be a team player and respect the game, coaches, refs, etc. Also, because of his years of positive experiences through your programs, he now lets any negative events always roll right off his back (missed goals, losses, crazy parents, rude players, etc.)

Providing quality sports programs, especially for the very young children in the "right way", leaves an impact on peoples' lives that you all may not fully realize. I can only imagine (in horror) the negative effects of not having team sports be such a wonderful physical/social outlet for Dean. Lastly, I truly believe Dean's excellent academic performance is directly related to routinely participating in team sports. He's simply happier and more focused in the classroom when he's in sports. We use a lot of "Steveisms" when handling tough academic situations -- where he puts a lot of pressure on himself, and doesn't let things roll off his back so easily. Dean knows it's ridiculous to say "I can't" or give up when things get tough in sports. We talk a lot about how the same philosophies/attitudes he's learned in sports also apply to school.

You all have created a wonderful business and service to the community. So, please accept my heartfelt thank you and enjoy the holiday season with your families and friends!

To whom it may concern,

I'm taking the time to let you know that we have had the WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE of having my children (Erick and Emily Aguilar) be coached by Chris Mittan.

We were hoping to have him once more as a coach in the Mulitsports, however noted online that he is now coaching too far for us to travel. We plan to enroll both of our children (Emily 3 and Erick 5) once again and hope to receive similar coaching experience.

We were living in R.B until the fires destroyed our house and we are now residing in Sabre Springs near Poway (I think Scripps Ranch would be the nearest).

Anyhow...I'm not sure how the Coach are selected for which location, but I do know that several if not ALL of the parents loved Coach Chris and were hoping in having him again to coach our children.

I hope this helps Coach Chris because his patience, approach in teaching and his dedication definitely needs to be commended.

Of all the options we have explored, Master Sport Camps are by far the best. The staff is excellent - fun, talented, sensitive and smart. My daughter just finished the junior sports 3-6 yrs program on Saturdays at Torrey Hills Park, she loved it, and Coach Chris Mittan was great! I want to sign her up again the in the fall, but I noticed it’s going to be on Thursday mornings at Torrey Hills Park which is during her school time? Are you guys possibly offering another time @ Torrey Hills Park, because I would really like to sign her up again?

As a Parent/Guardian what is the most important thing for you when looking
for a sports program?
The kids had a wonderful time.This was the 2nd season our son played T ball and he LOVED every minute. In fact he has a real love for the game and I believe this program enhanced that love! Dan and Ted are fantastic. We loved them so much that they did our child's 5th Birthday party. It was a huge success and at least 3 of our other
friends hae used them too. Their parties are great fun for boys and girls alike! They are so accomodating and even stayed longer than expected because the kids were have so much fun they didn't want to stop playing. Thanks guys for making JAcob's party so great and memorable.

Nurturing & caring coaches and skill building. Paolo and Jackie

Alexander is not naturally comfortable getting out there and with your
organization, he always had such a terrific time and gained a tremendous
amount of confidence. We are so sorry he was sick and had to miss the

This was the first time that my son - Stephen - was taking any Sports
Classes. He had never played Tee Ball or Baseball previously. I am British
and have only a passing knowledge of the game. We enjoyed everything about
the classes and more importantly it was great to see Stephen learn from
Coach Dan.

This was Jack's first season playing tee ball. He had a great time. I was really impressed with the coaches. They all were wonderful with the kids which helps a lot. If I had to make any suggestions, I would suggest a longer season and perhaps a location with an actual baseball diamond, if possible. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

I just wanted to thank Steve Smith once again for the wonderful basketball class session he recently finished at the Carmel Mtn/Sabre Springs Rec Center. My two daughters, Katherine and Carolyn both learned a great deal in the class while having a lot of fun. I was very impressed with Steve and his assistant coaches. They were great with the kids, and obviously very knowledgeable and talented. From day one, when Steve began teaching about the proper basketball stance and the names of all the lines on the court, I knew we were in a good class where the coach and assistants were committed to teaching basketball fundamentals, and not just going through the motions. I loved all the running and exercise too.

The best sports class my kids have ever taken!
